A: Yes, there is a one-time digitizing fee to convert your design into a format readable by the embroidery machine. Once it’s set up, you can reuse it on future orders at no extra cost.

Direct-to-Film (DTF)

Q: What is DTF printing?
A: DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a newer technology that prints your design on a special film and heat-presses it onto the garment. It allows for detailed, full-color prints—even small quantities.

Q: Does DTF last as long as screen printing?
A: Yes, when properly cared for, DTF prints are durable and can hold up well after many washes.

 

Q: How does DTF compare to screen printing?
A: Screen printing is more cost-effective for large orders of simple designs (1–2 colors). DTF is ideal for small orders, detailed graphics, or full-color images without extra setup costs.

Q: What garments can be decorated with DTF?
A: DTF works on almost any fabric, including cotton, polyester, and blends.
